Clean
Skim, brush and vacuum, and empty the skimmer and pump baskets every visit.
Strata & body corporate pools · Sydney to Newcastle
Communal pools work harder than backyard ones. We keep yours clear and looked after, with one person to call and a report to the strata manager after every visit.
What's included
Weekly or fortnightly, set to how hard your pool works. Here's what happens every time we're on site.
Skim, brush and vacuum, and empty the skimmer and pump baskets every visit.
Water tested and balanced every visit, using NSW Health's public pool guideline ranges as our benchmark.
Pump, filter and chlorinator checked every visit, so small problems are caught before they close the pool.
A short report after every visit: water readings, what we did, and anything the committee should know.
Gate, latch, fence or sign problems we spot are flagged straight away, well before a council inspection.
Repairs and equipment are quoted up front and done by the same crew. No chasing another trade.

Staying compliant
Here's what NSW expects of an owners corporation with a pool, and where we help.
A pool on common property is jointly owned by all the lot owners, and the owners corporation is responsible for keeping it compliant with the Swimming Pools Act 1992.
Councils must inspect pools at properties with more than two dwellings at least once every three years, unless there's a current certificate of compliance. We flag gate, latch and fence issues as we see them, so there are no surprises.
A resuscitation sign must be displayed near the pool and readable from 3 metres away. If yours is faded or out of date, we'll let you know.
If units are let to holiday guests, the pool may count as a public pool under NSW health rules, with stricter testing and record keeping. Your council can confirm which rules apply.
